Proofreading

After peak detection (binning: Is a local maximum a real peak?) and peak evaluation (superbinning: Do two peaks of the same sample cannot be readily separated from each other) and building a comparison table between all samples (hyperbinning: Which peak of one sample corresponds to a peak in another sample?) it is recommended to carry out a proofreading.

The proofreading step
In the proofreading step the user has the possibility to exclude individual bins or superbins from the overall comparison (hyperbin table). As this is carried out manually and on basis of the detected peaks the proofreading step has to be carried out if the number of peaks has changed. This happens after a new peak detection or if the peak filtering has been changed.
