Getting data into GelQuest

GelQuest imports the following kind of data:
  
1. Trace files
These files are generated by automatic sequencers
·      FSA files
·      SCF files
2. Image files
These files originate from electrophoresis documentation systems and Li-Cor sequencers:
·     JPG, JPEG
·     TIFF
·     BMP
·     GIF
·     ...

Load a project
GelQuest projects are saved as XML files and therefore can be easily read by foreign software. Click the Load Project button to open an existing GelQuest project.

Save your work into a project
Because GelQuest projects are saved as XML files downstream applications can easily process data produced by GelQuest.
 

After data import the data must be analyzed.
